Zackary's First Soccer Game

On this past Saturday, we traveled to White Hall to see Zackary play his first game. This is his second year to play and let me tell you... what a difference! These kids really played soccer... They passed, they guarded, they had actual goalies. It was AWESOME! I really enjoyed watching Zack play with his team. He played goalie first and then played the wing position. He almost scored a point three different times. He played so hard... The action pics are great!

Their team doesn't have a name yet, but Zack wanted to name them the Arkansas Panthers... a mix between razorbacks and Clarksville Panthers. I thought that was a great choice. All the kids really seemed to play well together. After the game, we went to eat "chips and dip." Zackary came home with us and stayed the night. The kids really had a great time playing. They rode the 4-wheelers and the tractor. The weather is just fabulous, so we spent a lot of time outside.

I can't wait to see the next game. It was so exciting to watch those kids! I was kinda proud to say Darren and I were his first soccer coaches! Way to go Zack, you were Great!
