On Friday, Ada had her party at school. She was so excited! I felt really bad too, when she came home with all these V-day cards and I didn't send any... oh well, can't change it. I did however send fabulous cookies from Paul's bakery. I know they enjoyed those.
We had plans to take the kids to Shogun's and let them enjoy the show, but we began to weigh the wait, cost, would they really like it.... So we decided to have our own dinner at home. Chilli dogs and Candlelight. Ada loved the candles! Of course after she got over them being on the table, she asked a million times if she could blow them out.( which I let her do after we finished) We ate our diner on the china and even gave Ada a special glass to drink from. She loved it! It couldn't have been a better Valentine's Day. Isaac of course loves meal time, but his favorite part was the cookie! Which I would say was his first word. The boy does love cookies! I also made Darren and I some loaded fries and good ole ranch dressing. So yummy. It was weigh better than shoguns, some of us even ate dinner in our pjs... And to top the night off, a large vanilla Dr.Pepper from Sonic (delivered by Darren), homemade chocolate chip cookies, and a movie: "District 9."
Happy Valentine's Day everyone.

So...what did you think of District 9? I'd say the WORST movie I've ever seen!
THE WORST! Did NOT finish it... I went to bed and left Darren to watch it. He was disappointed as well, he said it didn't end well.
