In February, we took a trip to Jonesboro to visit our friends. The weather was awesome, so we took the kids to the Memphis Zoo. It was really a nice zoo and all the animals were out and about. We had a pic-nic while there, thanks to Travis for packing it! The kids were pretty well behaved and seemed to really enjoy all the animals.
After watching the polar bears eat and play in the water, there was a story teller lady. Ada and Hannah took a little break to hear the story. The boys listened for short time, but were quickly distracted as it was getting close to nap time.
Then back to Jonesboro! We had a great time while visiting and even got a little adult time thanks to a babysitter. Good food, good friends, and good kids equaled one great weekend! Thanks for having us.
