Well it's official... my little girl is playing a sport! I signed Ada and Zackary up for soccer this year. So far, both have enjoyed the practices. Ada is one of two girls on the team; the other being the coach's daughter. She looked so cute in her little athletic gear... of course she picked out pink shoes, shin guards, and a pink ball. That's Ada! I'm so proud she likes it.
Zackary is enjoying his practices as well. For his level, they are actually learning technique and the correct way to kick the ball and play the game. He does well! I volunteered Darren and I to help coach a team. And as most of you know me... that's really not my thing, but they were desperate for help... and well I am a sucker for the kids.... It shall be interesting. I'm proud they are enjoying it. Their first games are this Saturday. I can't wait to cheer them on! Are there cheerleaders in soccer???

Way to go on signing up to be a coach! We didnt sign up this year, but I still get out there and help bc I know its tough with little ones and most of the time the coach(es) are just parents who were asked to help out. I cant wait to hear how their games go! My boys start on Saturday too.
