A few stories

well, up until now I have not found one thing my son would not eat... He won't eat carrots. Strange I think, but he does not like them. Usually even if its not his favorite he eats in anyway, but he absolutely does not want carrots. I was starting to think he would eat a brown paper bag if I gave to him...

Yesterday Ada had to go to the eye doctor for an injury... Apparently on Sunday she poked her eye with something, we don't what, but off and on she couldn't open her eye all the way and she couldn't stand to be in the light. So, Darren took her to the doctor yesterday and in fact she does have an abrasion. They gave us ointment instead of drops and I like the ointment much better. As I was putting Ada to bed, I got the medicine out to put on her eye and she kept saying put it on my finger... I was like well ok maybe a little, so i did. She directly put it in her mouth, why not that's where medicine goes right? Anyway, after all was said and done and I was telling Darren what she did, he says that the eye doctor gave directions about the ointment, He said, wash your hands, put the ointment on your finger, and rub it on the eyelashes. I guess my child listens well, because I just put the medicine directly on her eyelashes, no finger. She knew I was doing it "wrong" she was trying to tell me. She must have missed the eyelash part though, b/c she directly put the medicine right in her mouth.
