Yesterday I took Isaac for his 6 month check up and shots and Ada for her 3 year old check up. Ada did so great. She let Dr.Aclin look at her ears, listen to her chest, push on her belly, all without one wimper. She sat on the table like a big girl. Of course it could have something to do with the fact that I told her she could have a popsicle if she didn't cry. Nonetheless she did great. She weighed 30 lbs... Shocking! And she was 37 1/4 inches tall. I can't believe she has gotten so big.
Isaac weighed 18 lbs and was 28 3/4 inches long. Dr. A says you know he's the size of a one year old, right? and our response is yeah b/c Ada weighed 18 lbs at a year old. Funny how different they are.
My nephew Zackary is here for spring break and he also had to get weighed, 48 lbs and 44 inches tall.
They were both doing great and got great reports. What a blessing to have two healthy children.
